NOW WHAT WILL I DO??!?!?! Anyone else watch the series from beginning to end? I thought it was a pretty awesome series, it's the first MCM series I watched from beginning to end. Alan's fabrication skills and knowledge are very impressive (video below is part 1).
I've been watching them when I can during my lunch hours at work, so it took me a while to get through them. But that was OK with me, because i got to enjoy them for a longer period of time.
What do you guys think of the build? A Subaru wagon + EZ36 (I think) engine, an engine it doesn't normally come with. On top of that they turbo it, something also not normally done with a Subaru 3.6 liter engine.

It was a great series, as with all of their videos. I'm excited for when they pick it back up and show what Moog has been up to concerning interior/ body mods

I think it will be crazy. I want my own gramps. even a 2.5 turbo would be amazing. I was bummed when they just got it running and stopped. hopefully there will be another gramps video soon.

I really would be fine with leaving the exterior stock, it'd be a real sleeper... Till you hear it rev.
As far as the interior, that smell didn't seem to bother anyone as much as him, lol.
I'm also kind of torn on the mounting of the Haltech display. I just don't really like the idea of blocking real gauges with digital ones. But I suppose there is limited real estate.
Perhaps, while I wait for the new series I'll check out some older ones.

Yeah, on the last video they indicated a couple of months, so if that's true, we've got ~6 weeks to go.

It will prob end up getting an 'sti esque' body kit, and some upgraded interior bits like new seats etc. Yeah, I think they should have moulded the haltec into the dash; it just looks tacky perched in front of the gauges.
Check out their show car build, civic build, and Kei to the City. What drew me to them is how much fun they have, reminds me of wrenching with friends.

I bet they have a few more sponsors for the next series and will get some cool bits to put into the interior and onto the exterior.
What type of car is the show car build?
